Sunday 1 August - Weigh In

And it is done...

99.7kg...0.5kg (500g) loss for the week....

And you know what...still fat...still pissed off....and to be perfectly honest not at all what I thought it was going to be...

I'm coming of the back of several, yes count it, several really crap weeks...we all recognise that I would have been LONG gone from the Biggest Loser house by this stage and would have gone down in the Biggest Loser Annals of history as being one of those 'losers' who got booted off in the first week and three months later at 'finale' still look like I haven't even put a toe on a dreadmill!!

I think that the reason this is not a 'monumental' day for me (being under 100kg) is that given the fact that I am only a mere 300grams off the 100kg mark it is still a very real possibility that 100kg is likely to be a reality in the not too distant future of my fat 'loss' ie I will put on weight again...pessimistic you may say...realistic I say!!

Things need to change, that's blatantly obvious...they say you should look to change 5 things to really mix it up...so I've been thinking about what it is I can change...

That said...given it's weigh in day we need to look at the 'competition' I will include the past two weeks as I let you all down and didn't give you the 'loss' for week 11:

I'm still working on the US Stats and will have that up tomorrow for your reference...still all things being still fat...I seem completely unable to get my head around this, whatever this is... am going to sign off for the evening and hopefully will have a more upbeat and humorous entry for you all tomorrow.

Yours in continued fatness

LBL
